Lakefront Lots - Holt Lake West is on the banks on its namesake lake. We have 5 lots that are waterfront on Holt's Lake. We also have 6 interior lots that surround our 2 acre pond.
Community Fishing Pond - We have a 2 acre pond located within our community. We are in the process of stocking the pond with brim and bass for the community to enjoy. Please practice catch and release for others to enjoy. This could be a great way to spend an afternoon with the kids!
Community Park - The proposed community park is designed so that the residents of Holt Lake West can have a place to gather for any type of social event. The park will include slides, swings, picnic tables and a grilling area.
